Nicole Lovelace, Owner of PRMP
Nicole Lovelace is a Licensed Master Esthetician and brow expert with nearly 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Known for her precision, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Nicole founded PRMP (/primp/), the DMV’s premier luxury brow and waxing destination in 2016. She’s also the creator of Brow Zhuzh, a brow line with a focus on making brow care an essential part of skin care.
Best known for its hero product—the Eyebrow Conditioning Treatment, formulated to create a healthy environment for brow growth and help clients fall back in love with their brows. The line is expanding with new product launches slated for 2025.
With a calling for coaching and passion for healthier living, Nicole started The Wellthy Esthetician, a community-driven platform that educates fellow estheticians, offering wellness experiences and business mentorship. Her mission is to empower estheticians to build profitable, sustainable businesses- without sacrificing their well-being.
In addition to her work behind the chair and in product development, Nicole is a respected voice in the industry, having partnered with leading esthetics brands and speaking at conferences to inspire the next generation of estheticians. She continues to lead with purpose, blending beauty, wellness and business into every facet of her work.
